NetSuite 2024.2 Endpoint: Mandatory Vertify Connector Upgrade

NetSuite notified customers of WSDL versions that will no longer be supported. To accommodate this change, our Engineering Team has released additional connector version changes and we'll need to upgrade all impacted customers.

Please look for a more detailed email from your Customer Success Manager with additional information regarding scheduling efforts for upgrading the new connector version in your Production workspace. This CS team outreach is sent to Vertify admins in your specific Vertify workspace.

This connector upgrade should be considered a mandatory upgrade for all Production Vertify integration workspaces and we will move forward with planning for this to ensure the NetSuite connector is in compliance with their anticipated changes.

While we will plan time to upgrade your Production workspace, Customer Vertify Administrators can request an upgrade to other Vertify workspaces such as Sandbox workspaces anytime by reaching out to our Product Support team from the Help Center or by emailing support@vertify.com.

TESTING NOTE: Upgrading the NetSuite connector for your integration is a material change and Vertify encourages customers to perform baseline testing after the upgrade sequence. By default, Schedules will NOT be paused at the planned upgrade time.

Please refer to NetSuite's documentation for the most current version of their Release Notes and information on the topic.

Support for Existing WSDL Versions

At any time, the six latest endpoints are supported. For example, with the 2024.2 endpoint generally available, the following WSDL versions are supported:

  • 2024.2

  • 2024.1

  • 2023.2

  • 2023.1

  • 2022.2

  • 2022.1

If you use an older version, you should upgrade to the latest WSDL version.

NetSuite also makes the eight additional endpoint versions from the previous four years available without support. This means that in addition to the fully supported endpoints listed above, the following eight endpoints also remain available:

  • 2021.2

  • 2021.1

  • 2020.2

  • 2020.1

  • 2019.2

  • 2019.1

  • 2018.2

  • 2018.1

After your NetSuite implementation is upgraded to a newer version, retired endpoints are not available anymore.

Consider the following information when you are planning to upgrade to a newer endpoint.

  • When your account is upgraded to a new version, support stops for the last endpoint on the list of supported endpoints, and the last endpoint on the list of available endpoints is retired.

  • If you do not upgrade to a newer endpoint when your WSDL is retired, your integrations will cease to work because the endpoint for that version will not be available.
